Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2: Season the short ribs with salt and pepper. 3: In a large pot, brown the short ribs on all sides. 4: Remove the short ribs and set aside. 5: Sauté the onions, carrot, and celery until softened. 6: Add the garlic, thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, and brown sugar. 7: Deglaze the pot with red wine and beef broth to taste. 8: Return the short ribs to the pot and cover. 9: Place in the oven and cook for 3 hours at 350°F.View original recipe
